Neighborhood Associations
A neighborhood association is a group of community members who work together for changes and improvements such as neighborhood safety, beautification, social activities, and look out for each other. Some meet monthly, some meet quarterly, and some communicate through online communications.
If you would like to arrange for Councilmember David Cohen to address an audience you have organized or if are interested in forming your own neighborhood association, please contact District 4.
