San José 311 is a system designed to allow you to report abandoned vehicles, graffiti, illegal dumping, streetlight outages, illegal fireworks, potholes, and more. After you’ve submitted your report, it is sent to the proper city department and a team is dispatched to take care of the problem. You can monitor progress and receive a follow up info from the city through the app!

Step 1. Select the issue you are reporting

Step 2. Upload photographic evidence of the issue you are reporting. Be sure what you are reporting is clearly visible.

Step 3. Provide detailed description and location information, then tap the submit button.

Step 4. Save your reference ID number. You will receive written updates on your report via email, but you can also tap the “Track my report” button to check progress.

If you’ve taken these steps and your issue is not resolved,
please get in touch with my office.
