Vendors demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements. Staff evaluates the demonstration and decides if it meets permits requirements.
For solutions that new hardware installed, city will aid in attaining permits. Installation must be funded and carried out by vendors.
Staff will establish a method of monitoring the implementation and success of sidewalk riding prohibition technology through its data feeds from the companies, complaint monitoring, and in person checks.
