Recently Adopted, Briebach Park Volunteers Make A Difference

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Volunteer Management Unit provided tools, supplies, and assistance to a new group of Adopt-A-Park Volunteers. The group of neighbors will gather on the first Saturday of the month for a few hours to beautify Briebach Park. During the Dec. 2 clean up, the group was joined by a frequent park user who readily participated to keep the park clean and green. Adopt-A-Park Volunteers find that participating in the program and beautifying a park is easy and rewarding. For more information, contact Justin Long, PRNS Deputy Director, at 408-793-5579.
